How many hours a day should I wear my Invisalign aligners?
You should wear your Invisalign aligners for at least 22 hours daily. You may remove them for meals, beverages, and your regular oral hygiene routine.
Are there food restrictions during treatment?
There are no dietary restrictions. Unlike traditional braces, you may eat any food you choose as long as you remove your Invisalign clear aligners first. We recommend brushing your teeth and rinsing your aligners before putting them back in.
Will the aligners affect my speech?
As with any orthodontic appliance, there is a brief adjustment period. Your speech typically returns to normal quickly as you become accustomed to your Invisalign aligners.
Is Invisalign treatment uncomfortable?

How do I clean my Invisalign aligners?
Always rinse your aligners as soon as they are removed. We recommend soaking your trays with Invisalign brand crystal cleaning solution daily and using a soft-bristle toothbrush (but not the one you use to brush your teeth) to sweep away debris.

Do I need retainers after treatment?
We’ll provide a set of retainers once treatment is complete. Consistent nightly use ensures your bite remains healthy and maintains the new position of your teeth.
